Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZAKFN Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality strategic advisory and system implementation services. As our services essentially involve the allocation of time, expertise, and intellectual property, we have a strict refund policy framework.

1. Service Engagement

All services are governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed at the commencement of the project. In the event of a conflict between this policy and the SOW, the SOW shall prevail.

2. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a deliverable (report, audit, strategy document, or system setup) has been delivered or presented to the client, no refunds will be issued. The value of the service is considered realized upon the transfer of knowledge or asset.

3. Retainer Services

For monthly retainer engagements:

• Retainer fees are paid in advance.
• Cancellations require a minimum of 30 days written notice.
• No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing month once payment satisfies the monthly invoice.
• Services will continue to be delivered until the end of the notice period.

4. Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a fixed-scope project before completion:

• Before kickoff: 100% refund of any advance paid, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
• During execution: You will be billed for all hours/milestones completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining advance balance may be refunded at ZAKFN Labs' sole discretion.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, you must notify us strictly within 7 days of receipt. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue within the original scope of work. Dissatisfaction with subjective elements (e.g., creative style) or market performance (e.g., ad results) does not qualify for a refund.

6. Changes to Policy

ZAKFN Labs reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
